Mid-Ohio Valley Waters to Tropical Blue Seas

The Mid-Ohio Valley Aquarium Initiative is a nonprofit effort to create a world-class public aquarium in the heart of the Mid-Ohio Valley, providing an engaging destination for education, conservation, tourism, and economic development. Planned for the Grand Central Mall in Vienna, West Virginia, the aquarium will showcase freshwater ecosystems, interactive exhibits, hands-on learning experiences, and community programming designed to inspire curiosity about the aquatic world. Our goal is to create a regional attraction that serves residents, schools, and visitors while strengthening the local economy, promoting environmental stewardship, and providing unique educational opportunities for generations to come.
